At Qafeer, every product goes through a detailed quality inspection before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in the best condition.

Returns or exchanges are accepted only in cases where:

  • The product is received in a damaged condition, or
  • An incorrect item is delivered

Returns are not accepted for reasons such as size issues, fitting concerns, or personal preference.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return request:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • It must be returned in original packaging with all tags intact
  • The issue must be reported within the specified time frame

How to Request a Return

Step 1: Contact Our Support Team

Requests raised after 5 days may not be eligible for return approval.

Step 2: Provide Supporting Evidence

For verification purposes, customers are required to share:

  • A parcel opening video is highly recommended to help us verify the issue faster.
  • Clear photographs of the product and outer packaging

All return requests are reviewed by our Quality Control (QC) Team, and approval is subject to verification.

Step 3: Return Authorization

Once your request is approved, our team will guide you on the return process.

Important:
Products sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Step 4: Replacement or Refund

After the returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse:

  • A replacement will be provided (subject to availability), or
  • A refund for the product value only will be issued

Refunds are initiated only after successful quality inspection of the returned item.

Return Pickup & Charges

For approved return requests, Qafeer will arrange the return pickup through its logistics partners.

There will be no return shipping or pickup charges applicable to the customer for eligible return cases approved by our Quality Control team.

Customers are not required to bear any cost for returning damaged or incorrectly delivered products.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Cases

Returns or refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address shared by the customer
  • Invalid address format or PO Box addresses
  • Multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts
  • Order refusal at the time of delivery
  • Size or fitting concerns (please refer to the size chart before ordering)
  • Product returned in used, washed, altered, or damaged condition
  • Slight color variations may occur due to lighting conditions or screen display settings and will not be considered as defects.
  • Returns based on personal taste or preference
  • Custom-stitched, customized, or made-to-order products
  • Jewellery items (unless damaged or defective)
  • Free gifts or promotional items

Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within 4 working days after the returned item is received and approved
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method
  • Actual credit time may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway

Order Cancellation Policy

Qafeer reserves the right to cancel an order under specific circumstances including:

  • Product unavailability
  • Incorrect pricing or listing errors
  • Payment verification failure
  • Suspicion of fraudulent activity

If an order is cancelled after payment confirmation:

  • Customers may choose a replacement product (subject to availability), or
  • Receive a full refund to the original payment method within 4 business days.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
